1998rent=B
1999rent=C
B=A(1+X/100)
C=B(1-Y/100)=A(1+X/100)(1-Y/100)
如果C-A>0 OR C-A<0 都可得到題目的答案
C-A>0 把上述代入 A(1+X/100)(1-Y/100)-A>0
得X-Y>XY/100

C<B (小y percent)

小弟用很簡單的想法.
B>A and B>C
但A與C的關係沒人知道

如果 A>C
C-----A-----B(由小至大排列)
那 y>x

如果A<C
A-----C-----B(由小至大排列)
那 x>y

因此...選項A沒有辦法判斷
