翻了一下很久沒碰的統計學...
常態分配的經驗法則(m是平均數,d是標準差)
1.大約68%的資料落在m-d,m+d之間
2.大約95%的資料落在m-2d,m+2d之間
3.大約99.7%的資料落在m-3d,m+3d之間

謝比雪夫不等式:
1."至少有"75%的資料落在m-2d,m+2d之間
2."至少有"89%的資料落在m-3d,m+3d之間
