這題我本來也不懂,後來有上CD去看一些帖子..
我的方法看起來不怎麼高明,你加減參考一下吧..
只從(1)是得不到答案的,因為它只能得出
令T=3x, M=x 而T=L+M=500,000, M=500,000/3(約166,666)
但(1)根本沒提profit,無法判斷
(2)沒有給數據,只給他們的關係,無法判斷
(1)+(2)
profit>L=333,334,(利用(1)-->500,000-166,666),profit>333,334>150,000

Does anyone know how to solve this question?

應該是題目看不懂吧?

公司的支出labor and material合計共$500,000 , 問根據此合約的獲利是否有大於 $150,000
(1) L+M =$500,000 =3M.....可得M/L各為多少 ,無法得知(獲利)P
(2) P > L

(1) + (2) , 可得知L 為多少 即可得知 P > or < $150,000

我的想法不知道對不對
大家來看看

首先我設material為X,labor為Y (why?因為我個人喜歡:P)
所以根據題目所說的
profit=500000-(X+Y)有沒有>150000
從(1)可知3X=X+Y
從(2)可知500000-(X+Y)>Y

化簡上述式子
其實就是要問在2X=Y且X+2Y<500000之下
X+Y有沒有 <350000
畫一下圖就會發現
還真的有咧...
